If you're like me - there are always more days in the month than I have money to cover. This year I will be 60 years old - a milestone? - a pain in the ass? - you pick. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm still looking for that famous light at the end of the tunnel. It's really unfortunate that instead of anticipating potential economic woes and keeping the old eye on the ball, government has just plain dropped it, or at best ignored it. After all, they ( the House and Senate) just voted themselves
another raise! Great! Where is my raise? I mean, I already live a fairly "simple" life, and like most ordinary people, I'm even having trouble keeping up with that. For example, I remember when a pack of smokes was 50 cents, milk was 25 cents a gallon, and bread was 15 cents a loaf. (Remember - I'm almost 60!).
The point I am trying to make is this - you have to have some means of changing lanes to get somewhere in the money fix. I have looked around extensively at various opportunities to work from home as I am in the middle of applying for Social Security Disability Benefits due to a severe problem with my neck bones (they're kind of disintegrating and pinchng my spinal cord canal). My physician has stated that I should not be doing "stationary work" i.e., Medical Transcription, as in sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours or so worsens my problems. I am also not supposed to lift anything heavy, engage in overhead work, etc. That doesn't leave a whole lot of outside the home jobs. I don't even want to think what could happen in a car accident! Besides, let's face it - age is the invisible barrier for a lot of people, even if a potential employer says that doesn't matter. The pat answer is "We think you are over-qualified for this position". So - I started looking on the net. I went everywhere! I even checked out the companies that were advertised on CNN, MSNBC, etc. If you like the tedious job of filling out forms, well that might be for you. Most of the stuff out there is plain old crap, and some of it expensive crap you have to "buy" into!
My point is after all this rambling - is soon, if not now, most of us are going to need a second job just to keep up with the day-to-day expenses of staying alive. You may disagree - but look at the number of two-income households that are still having a tough go of it.
After a bunch of teeth gnashing and fingernail biting, I decided if I could find a program that worked for me, I'd give it a go. Hence, I did find something that may be worth the $6.00 I paid for it. If you are interested I would recommend you go here:
http://llazlo.income76by.click2sell.eu/. All I ask is that you check it out. It's not a get rich quick scheme, or a become rich overnight thing, it is a way, in my opinon, to make a little extra $$$ as a backup plan.
I know we hear everyday about Federal Bailouts, Foreclosure help - yadda, yadda, the list goes on. In my estimation, you will have to bail yourself out - as the only way for the government to pay for all these "rescues" (right or wrong) is by increasing taxes. Standby for that one!
Anyway, I'll shut the hell up now as I have gone on for too long. Give it a look-see. This may be one way out of slow traffic. Enjoy your day!
